What is Nordjobb?
Nordjobb is a Nordic labour market exchange programme, that arranges seasonal work for young people in the Nordic countries. Nordjobb also assists the applicant in finding accommodation and offers recreational activities during the summer months.
The jobs on offer are in sectors such as farming, hospitality, cleaning, healthcare and eldercare.
Who can apply?
To be eligible to apply you must meet the following requirements:
- You are a citizen of a EU country or a Nordic country
- You have adequate basic knowledge and comprehension of a Scandinavian language (with some exceptions)
- You are between 18 and 30 years old

Please note that, for unsolicited applications and most vacancies, your application must be written in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian.
We do not accept applications in English, Finnish, Icelandic, Faroese or Greenlandic unless specified in the job listing.
What is the aim?
The aim of Nordjobb is to increase the mobility of young people within the Nordic region, and to help strengthening the common Nordic labour market. Nordjobb also works to increase the knowledge of languages and cultures in the Nordic countries. The programme was first initiated in 1985, and has since provided jobs for more than 29.000 participants.
Nordjobb's main financiers are the Nordic Council of Ministers, the Nordic governments and the Norden associations. Nordjobb is a nonprofit programme, and is always free of charge for both contractors and participants.
